Every module is be offered in three levels, depending on the maximal number of objects (conduits resp. special buildings) to be handled simultaneously.
The purchase of multiple Licenses of base- or additional modules are charged with half the price
The monthly leasing price is 3 % of the list price. The minimal leasing duration is 12 months. The maintenance of the software is included during the whole duration of the leasing contract. If you buy the license afterwards, half of the made leasing fees can be deducted.
The maintenance of the programs comprises all updates, free of charge, as well as the utilization of our hotline for users. After purchase the Software Maintenance is 17.5% of the list price per year (minimum 150€) and includes program updates and hotline.
If no AMC is contracted, the update price is 20 % annually since the purchase of the software license. Here, the difference of time, rounded up to the whole year, between the first purchase and the purchase of the update is decisive.
An upgrade consists out of the extension of an existing package to a new package regarding the number of licenses or the corresponding program step. Occasionally, an actualization of the existing package to the latest state of development, which means an Update, may be necessary (look above). Consequently, the update price is not to be charged if an AMC has been contracted. To this update price, the difference between the required package and the so long existing package is added.
A Crossgrade consists of an extension of a program license of another producer through a comparable product of the tandler.com GmbH. For this purpose, we give a discount of 30%, if the date of purchase of the product is not older than one year. For each further year, the percentage counts 10 percent less, until, after three years, no further discount is available.

For the application of the software at Universities and educational establishments we bill an overall service charge of € 300 for all requested program packages with server hardware dongle as well as € 100 for the single client hardware dongle.
